Q - Dear Annabelle, My boyfriend has a cousin who is 24. The other night, he had a little to drink and gave me three kisses on the cheek, put his arms around me, and told me that I have always been beautiful to him. For the past few nights, I have been talking to him on the telephone just for someone to talk to b/c my boyfriend goes to bed early at night. My boyfriend and i are really close and i would NEVER would do anything to our relationship. Should i feel guilty for what has happened b/c i talk to him often and b/c of the advances he made towards me? ( i have no feelings for him what so ever!!! he is just a good friend!!!!!)should i tell my boyfriend what has happened???????? He couldn't have kissed you ......or put his arms around you......or have spent time on the phone with you, without YOUR permission. Be very clear on YOUR part in this. If this guy thinks he can have you too, well, after a Īfew drinksā, (remember, alcohol de-cerebrates one......meaning it removes the moral brakes we normally would have on our behavior).......he got rid of all the moral baggage he may have had and hit on you. Are you LIVING with your boyfriend???
