Moving On When You're Afraid.

Q - Dear Annabelle,
How do you move on when youâre afraid?

A - Dear Yusef,

What a great question! ÎFearâ can actually grow through inactivity. I donât know what you mean by Îmove onâ, but I will ask you to think about how things will be if you DON'T move on?

In life, it helps to have, just as businesses do, a Î5 year planâ. That means that you take a BIG sheet of paper and write down WHERE, (in life and in the world), youâd like to be in 5 years. Then break the 5 years down into 1 year increments. Then take the first year and break it down into 6 months, 3 months and 1 month increments..then into weekly and daily....hourly, if need be, increments.

Make another list of ONE HUNDRED things that youâd like to do or have. Keep it up on you bathroom mirror where you see it at least twice a day. Look at it, read it, daily. Within 2 years you will be amazed at the number of things on that list that will have come into your life. Visualization really gets you Îoff the dimeâ and into reality.

Give these ideas some thought......you life is YOURS to design and live. Take care with what you plan to do....this is NOT a dress rehearsal!
