My husband sleeps all weekend. We seldom communicate or even
chat to find interesting conversation. I think this marriage
is headed for divorce. Your opinion, please. Sex is rare, maybe once
every three months, if then. This has gone on for 6-9 months
A - Dear Linda,
You donāt say how old you are or how long youāve been married. Are their children? If there are, then thatās an entirely different issue. If there are children, then you two owe them an intact, cohesive, positive atmosphere in which to grow. A GOOD marriage and family counselor can help you develop this.
Your husband sounds profoundly depressed. Without knowing more about his life circumstances, and a great deal more about virtually everything, there is really no way I can help you with this problem. You have, (as you know), a very obstinate situation. This requires the help of a good marriage and family therapist.
