Problems With Live-In Boyfriend.

Submitted by: Brenda

Q - Dear Annabelle,
I am having a problem. My boyfriend and I have been together almost a year we have been living together since the first week that we have meet. I have a 8 year old daughter and we were real happy, but things just haven't been the same. I use to love being with him and doing things for him and I don't know what has happened to a relationship. It pretty much is over and I told him I want to move out, and he agrees, but thinks we can work things out. Help!!

A - Dear Brenda,

Help? What are you asking from ME? If you want my never-to-be-humble-opinion, then Iāll tell you that, as a mother, you are behaving shamefully. To role model for your daughter that living with a man without being married is Īokā, then when sheās 13, how are you going to expect HER to act any differently?

Can you not find the strength within yourself to behave in your daughterās interests? Youāre a MOTHER, for heavenās sakes....and acting like a slut! ĪLoveā is not relinquishing good sense to Īfeelingsā...LOVE, real Īloveā is acting in a way that enhances the person whom we love....and how does YOU behavior Īimproveā your daughterās future?

DONāT shack up with a guy youāre not married to....thatās tacky. Thus endeth the lesson for the day.
- Annabelle
