Q - Dear Annabelle, I met this wonderful guy. He and I got along perfect. His ex girlfriend was out of the picture for 2 months and he was very happy with me. His mom and friends were glad she was gone too since she uses him and is very manipulative. All of a sudden he is back with her. I was still talking to him and he had a hard time deciding between the two since he knew what she is like but I guess he still cared for her. We kind of got back together but then he went back to her again and each time he does this he won't talk to me. No one likes her, his mom wishes he would see her for what she is. Should I just stay out of the picture and see if he comes back? I would prefer him to come back on his own but would he after the way he treated me a 2nd time. He is 5 years younger than I am does that make a huge difference as well. Should I just move on? A - Dear Kris, Sort answer: Yes, move on. Now, learn something else......letās assume his mom and friends were right in their assessment of her, that means that heās got a screw loose somewhere, (thatās a technical term, donāt try this at home), and needs someone who treats him badly. Donāt ask me why, there just ARE these people. Actually, I DO know why, but donāt have the time.....or space..... to explain.
