Q - Dear Annabelle,
I had been dating this wonderful man for 9 months, we really made a "connection". Recently he has the desire to become "just friends". He says it is because he needs space and time to think. He considers it a "lateral" move, I consider it a move backward. Should I try to get him to talk to me, or just leave him alone?
A - Dear JP,
Leave him alone.....permanently. When a guy.......or anyone......says they Îneed spaceâ it means one of several things. (Usually, that theyâve either found someone else or want to find someone else).
Thatâs just the way life is sometimes. Let go. Move on. Donât fret. The world is FULL of great guys looking for wonderful women..........(you HAVE developed yourself into a Îwonderful womanâ, ........yes?)
