Q - Dear Annabelle,
Is it really bad to look at other girls, you know and have a feeling. At school when we change I always look at the other girls without clothes and I want to tell them how I feel. I donāt like to look at boys at all and have never kissed one, therefore. I sometimes want to touch myself , you know, when I see some of my friends naked. Is this wrong because they donāt look at me I think. I am very worried.

Are you asking me if you are concerned that you might be lesbian? Iām not sure here what the question is....
If you are telling me that you prefer girls, (in a sexual context), to boys, I can certainly understand your concern. Even with all the advances in the understanding of human sexuality, going through adolescence being Īdifferentā can make a difficult journey even more difficult.
Since you are uncertain, just let things ride and concentrate on your studies and on becoming the best PERSON that you can be. For you to be sexual.....in any context........during these years is distracting you from what you really need to do, and that is learning how to be a good friend......to both boys and girls, and to become an excellent student so youāll be prepared for your college years and developing a good career.
You might seek out your school counselor, if he/she is a psychologist. They are sworn to secrecy and you could safely and in confidence talk with him/her about your concerns. Adolescence is difficult enough without having to feel weird about this too. Much good luck to you...
