Q - Dear Annabelle,
Iâm in love with a woman who is older than me by 3 years . In the first place she already has a boyfriend,who is a married man. I know that she is in love with me, but she is afraid that her boyfriend won"t let me off so easily and might hurt me. She already break off with me . Do I still stand a chance to be with her?

Gosh, isnât it fun to be Îin love withâ a woman who is in adulterous relationship with a married man who might, if he found out about you, Îhurtâ you? Of course you Îstand a chance to be with herâ.....the REAL question here is ÎDo you stand a chance to be a decent person and find a decent woman who will NOT be an adulteress, love you for who YOU are and be trustworthy?â
(Now that doesnât sound like nearly as much fun, Iâll bet.) Is this the only woman in your town, or the only woman whom YOU find attractive? If itâs the latter, you might want to take a look into your own belief system to find out why this arrangement is so alluring to you. ÎMomâ wasnât available to you either......and she was involved with a guy who could Îhurtâ you......now, Desmond, just why is it that you are operating from the developmental viewpoint of a four year old boy? (Hint: this is where seeing a good psychologist could be of real value to you.)
